Let’s start off with our custom made pro style steel dumbbells (up to 150lbs). Shipped all the way from the U.K with added revolving fat grips to make them a little more fun. 50+ pieces of Hammer Strength and LifeFitness plate loaded and circuit machines. Massive Rogue cage to squats, pull ups etc. 2 cable crossovers with tons of attachments. 6 movable benches. Beastly unilateral leg press, hack squat, v squat, GHD, stand and sitting calf machines.

Powerlifting

Cardio

We are not cardio centre, but we got what you need. We have lifeFitness treadmills, assault air runner and airdyne bike, recubment bikes, precor ellipticals, starimaster, rower. We also have 75 ft of turf for sled pushes, battling ropes, sand bags etc.

Locker Rooms

Our beautiful locker rooms are complete with massive dry saunas both in mens and womens and stocked with complimentary towel service. For our 10+ showers we have them full stocked with shampoo and body wash.
